How Does This Work?
There are 4 ways to order a repair from MCE:
- Prepay for your repair by adding it to the shopping cart and checking out in our web store. Then print your receipt or confirmation e-mail and enclose it with your broken equipment. Ship it to us, following our Shipping Instructions. If you also purchased a shipping label, we will send it to you within one business day;
- Call one of our helpful associates at (855) 362-3283;
- Visit our RMA Portal to obtain an RMA#. We will then contact you for payment when we receive your item;
- Just ship your item to us with a note containing your contact information and a description of your problem. We will contact you for payment if you haven't already been set up in our system. Please read our Shipping Instructions.
