SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS

We strongly advise using a trackable shipper such as UPS, FedEx or Priority Mail, as well as insuring your equipment. Prices shown do not include shipping charges, and New York State customers must pay NYS Sales Tax for their jurisdiction.

PLEASE TELL US WHERE THE EQUIPMENT CAME FROM

If we receive equipment without contact information, it will be set aside and not repaired!

If you order online, or use our online RMA system, print out your confirmation email enclose it in your package. Otherwise, please enclose a note with the following information:

• Your Business Name and Unit (store) Number
• Owner’s Name
• Shipping Address and Phone Number
• Billing Address and Phone Number
• A detailed description of the problem
• Name and telephone number of someone familiar with the problem

Carefully pack your item with at least 2 inches of packing peanuts or bubble wrap on all sides.

You can order a shipping label from us online by clicking here and adding the appropriate label to your cart. Once purchased, we will generate a label and email it directly to you.
